This is our favorite winery in Lodi. Not only because of the great tasting wine, but because if the personal attention you're given as soon as you walk in the door. Katy is absolutely the best wine educator. She always treats us very well and greets us with a smile on her face. One the best parts of the winery is the educational sessions that David Lucas (owner) personally puts on that gives us insight how their wines are made, the importance of the types of barrels used, all the way to teaching us how to pick the grapes.
We haven't found any other winery that give you this type of personal touch.
Did I mention their wine is the best tasting wine in al of Lodi. Check this place out, you will not be disappointed!!

I went to various wineries in Lodi. My bestie and I decided this was by far the best quality wine of the many locations we visited.

I really enjoyed the mini-tour they gave us and the explanation they provided about the wine making process and development of their wines. Another thing I really enjoyed about Lucas was the enthusiasm of their employees - you can really tell how much they value working there. They were also very excited to introduce us to other customers visiting the wine tasting room. It was a great experience overall and I will definitely be back when I am in the area!

Lucas winery is amazing ! Not only did they put perfection in their wine making, they also have poured their hearts into how they make the EXPERIENCE in tasting the wine ! I had the privilege of joining in on a beautifully done dinner and celebration of the winery. It was an amazing night, hearing David Lucas, his wife and daughter speak was something very special.
I give this winery 10 stars !!!!!!

My boyfriend and I stopped here for a tasting after a long weekend of holiday shopping, it was the most amazing experience we've had at a winery. We are locals here in Lodi and in the summer we taste at different places every weekend and this winery blew most out of the water. And the customer service was wonderful we can't wait to go back. Thank you to the owners and the staff for such a great experience today.
