Established in 1978 by David Lucas, the former VP of Grower Relations for Robert Mondavi Winery, The Lucas Winery was founded on the belief that Lodi’s unique terroir could produce world-class wines. David, alongside his wife, Heather Pyle-Lucas, an accomplished winemaker with experience making the premier labels at Robert Mondavi, has dedicated over four decades to crafting wines that ref1ect the character and potential of the Lodi appellation.
