2005 Chardonnay
The 2005 Chardonnay reflects the true personality of the three vineyards we source in the Lodi Appellation. Crisp citrus, ripe Bartlett Pear and a hint of green apple with a touch of French Oak characterizes this remarkable vintage. Half of this vintage was fermented in new Tonnellerie Sylvain French Oak Barrels. This barrel maker's oak has a subtle influence that does not over power the delicate fruit. Our Chardonnay demonstrates a crisp acidity and outstanding food pairing ability. Try with grilled chicken, creamy pasta with a touch of prosciutto, or a wood fired Margherita pizza.

Due to our traditional winemaking approach, our Chardonnay has the ability to age gracefully for several years.
